As a result
of this philosophy we make it our business to seek out talented team members
that are committed to helping you make your dreams a reality. Photography and
media are a huge part of achieving that goal. That is why we are especially
proud of our Media Specialist, Patrick O’Brien, whose innovation and experience
never cease to dazzle our guests.

Patrick got
his media chops at SUNY Old Westbury where he worked in the radio and TV
studios. After graduation Patrick began freelance work in film and television.
Using his creativity and vision Pat is able to translate his skills in
television and film into the arena of Event Planning. The union of these two
fields has had explosive results and he has been known to at times, make our
guests feel like celebrities.

“At a sweet
16 where I was doing zap shots (pictures from that night being played as a
slideshow on TV at the party) the whole party was dancing but a group of about
8-10 girls were glued to the screens waiting to see a picture of them come back
around.”

Using
techniques from the world of film and television, Patrick creates a one of a
kind experience that guests of all ages will enjoy. Utilizing technology adds a
level of customization and professionalism, not soon to be forgotten. According
to Patrick “Adding TVs to an event in my opinion is one of
the best ways to enhance the experience. We can put pictures from that night up,
slideshows, social media hashtags, and many other options. It's something
everyone from the people on the dance floor to the people sitting at tables can
enjoy.”
While many people feel that in the digital era, we no
longer need others to record our special events, Patrick suggests that “I think having a photographer is always worth it. Your guest are
dressed up and all in one place so it's a perfect time to take great photos of
the people you care about. And if it's a corporate function you can use the
photos for newsletters, websites, PR, and many other possibilities.
