This past May we produced a 3 Day Corporate Conference with one of our Clients. Each year they choose a different State to hold their Conference- This yeas was Phili!

This year a lot of effort was put into the Branding of the Company- and the Transformation of  the Hotel into a Conference Event Space. We chose the clean, but very effective Column Wraps.

Trolleys!
We transported our guests from the Hotel to the Franklin Institute for the Dinner IN STYLE!

In true Philadelphia Fashion- we coordinated 10 Old Fashioned Trolleys to pick up 300 of our Client's Guests and bring them over to the Reception Dinner.

The guest were Ecstatic when they boarded the Trolleys- Setting the exciting tone for the rest of the Evening.


The Franklin Institute

As guests entered the Museum they were ushered into Cocktail Hour, which was set in the Hands-On gallery of the Museum. As they were passed Hors D'oeuvres and Cocktails they played with things like The Giant Heart, The Cell Phone Wall & The Tesla Coil.

When it was time for the Dinner- Curtains were dropped and everyone found their seats under the Benjamin Franklin statue. The room was lit up in the Company's Colors and their logo projected onto the surrounding walls.

We chose linens and napkins to also match the company's logo, along with a simple but elegant centerpiece.




The Branding, Trolleys & Reception Dinner were only part of the Conference that we helped Produce.  We also helped coordinate and keep track of the General Session Meeting, the Break Out Tracks, and all the Food & Beverage needs.

And of course we do what we do best- Trouble Shoot any issues we came across, so that no one even noticed we had a problem in the first place!

We are looking forward to working on Next Year's Conference- and making it even Bigger & Better!
