Event Recap: Zen Theme Awards Ceremony
Bamboo, River Stones & Aerialists

Recently we did a Corporate Awards Ceremony at The Cradle of Aviation. We went with a Zen theme, incorporating it into the Room Decor, Centerpieces, and even the Entertainment.

As guest entered from their cocktail hour- their attention was captured by our Silk Aerialist Performer hanging 15' off the ground over the dance floor. We continued with the Aerialist Performance with different sets throughout the night- even while guests were dancing underneath them!

As for Decor we alternated centerpieces on the Tables. Some were Bamboo Shoots Surrounded by Moss and River Stones. Others had three different height Cylinders with Bear Grass and Floating Candles. The rest were comprised of Lanterns with Pillar Candles.

The host set each place set with a Lucky Bamboo Plant that guests could take home with them.

We also floated Inner Lit 3' White Balloons around the room at different heights to bring dimension to the room.












Guest were amazed by the Aerialists twisting and flipping in the air above them. Later on in the evening guests were dancing on the dance floor while the performers we above them.

This past December we planned and produced an amazing Vegas Themed Night for one of our Corporate Clients. We have a video and so many pictures- we don't need explanations to show you what a great event it was.

Casino- To really make it VEGAS- we brought in our Casino Tables. We had Black Jack, Craps, Roulette, Let It Ride Poker, and Money Wheel.







Gambling- We even created Custom Fun Money with the Company's logo. Guests received the Fun Money as they arrived and we able to use it to play at all the casino tables.



Dance Floor- Guests going crazy as we threw down the fun money to all the guests!




Welcome to Vegas!- We even had a HUGE GOBO on the Dance Floor




Feathers- A Vegas Must Have- So we made 40 Centerpieces out of Red, Black and White real Feathers.


Live Music- We provided a Live Percussionist, Live Saxophonist, and Live Violinist.



Performers- We had a jaw dropping Violin & Bubble Performance at the end of dinner. Along with Strolling Vegas Girls handing out Cigars, and a Vegas Style Magician.




We even made Melissa dress up as on the of the Vegas Girls!

When employees are happy they feel a sense of accomplishment  and satisfaction in their work-- this increases productivity. So as a Boss or HR Manager, your goal should be to keep your employees happy. Daily- you should praise them when appropriate & hear out their opinions and ideas.

But one of the TOP ways to keep your employees happy with their position and productive is to show them a little appreciation. So we suggest an Employee Appreciation Day!

Our latest Event Trend that we have noticed is an Employee Appreciation Day. These things are popping up everywhere!

An Employee Appreciation Day can range from a Popcorn Machine & Cotton Candy Machine to a Full Out Picnic with Games, Rides, and a BBQ.


In the Summer months many companies hold a Company Picnic, and in the Winter many hold a Company Holiday Party. But what about the months in between? You should aim for at least one Fun Act of Appreciation a Quarter. 


These smaller Appreciation Days are pretty cheap and can entertain a large amount of employees. Some of the Events we have done for this have included:
  - A Strolling Magician
  - Fresh Pretzel, Popcorn, Cotton Candy & Churros- served from an old fashion machine
  - DJ with some Games like Giant Jenga
  - Foosball, Ping Pong, and Air Hockey Tables
  - Balloon Decor
